At WA Collection, every order is packed with care by our small wāhine-led team here in Aotearoa. We’re so grateful for your support.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
New Zealand: 2–5 business days
Rural New Zealand: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days (no extra rural charge applies)
Australia: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier services.
Please note: All parcels are sent with signature required.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will apply to resend it.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to NZ Post or the courier, it is in their care. However, we will always do our best to support you.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at wacollectionnz@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will lodge an enquiry with NZ Post and work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs & Duties (Australia Orders)
Orders sent to Australia may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
